Safety Is Not Negotiable

Built into every scope of work, every crew briefing, and every task in the field. Not a policy section in a manual. The way we operate.

Zero

Our Target

Zero recordable incidents. Every project.

OSHA

Compliant Programs

Safety programs built to meet OSHA, client, and site-specific requirements.

24/7

Safety Reporting

Near-miss, hazard, and incident reporting available around the clock.

Safety in the Field. Every Day.

Every project starts the same way. Every day starts the same way.

  • • Daily toolbox talks before any work begins
  • • Job Safety Analysis (JSA) completed for every task
  • • Pre-task hazard assessment at each work location
  • • Tailboard briefings for every crew change or scope change
  • • Stop-work authority for every employee, regardless of position
  • • Near-miss reporting that catches hazards before they become incidents

Training and Certifications

All field personnel hold OSHA 10-Hour. Supervisors and foremen hold OSHA 30-Hour.

Additional PPE is task-specific: FR-rated clothing for arc flash exposure, rubber insulating gloves and sleeves for energized work, fall protection for work at heights, and respiratory protection where required. All PPE meets or exceeds OSHA, ANSI, and ASTM standards. Rubber goods are tested and inspected on schedule per OSHA 1910.137 and ASTM F496.

Safety Programs

Behavior-Based Safety

Crew members observe and coach each other. Positive reinforcement of safe behaviors.

Near-Miss Reporting

Every near-miss is documented, investigated, and shared. We fix problems before they cause injuries.

Incident Investigation

Root cause analysis on every incident. Corrective actions tracked to completion.

Drug and Alcohol Program

Testing programs maintained per client and site requirements. DOT-compliant where required.

Heat Illness Prevention

Water, rest, shade protocol. Acclimatization schedules for new and returning workers.

Fall Protection

100% tie-off above 6 feet. Rescue plans in place before any work at heights begins.
